Let’s look at the math on a sample standard transaction:
Scenario: While the median home sale price in California is between $780,000 to $850,000, let's say you, a Licensed Lead Generation Partner (LGP), generate a lead that buys a $400,000 home. The Host Broker/Agent earns a 2.5% commission ($10,000).
The Referral Fee: The Broker/Agent pays a standard 25% referral fee to the platform ($2,500).
Solo (Affiliate) Tier Payout: Platform pays the LGP $1,000 ($2,500 minus $1,500).
